SMOKED SAUSAGE LINKS

CHOPPED BBQ TURKEY

This was passed down to me by my eldest uncle. This turkey ain't your ordinary tasting turkey! It’s BBQ’d, chopped and finished with our vinegar based Pit Stop sauce.

CHOPPED BBQ (PORK)

Our Chopped BBQ is cooked similar to the pulled pork. It is then chopped into morsels and mixed with Pop's vinegar base North Carolina sauce.

ST. LOUIS SPARE RIBS

Our Spare Ribs cut closer to the bacon for a rich flavor. Seasoned and smoked for 6 hours over cherry wood.

BABY BACK RIBS

Our Baby Back Ribs are specially cut, seasoned with love and smoked for 5 hours over cherry wood, served Wet or Dry

 

PULLED PORK

Our Pulled Pork is seasoned and then slow smoked over low heat until they are tender enough to be pulled into pieces.  Our Pit Stop Sauce and cooked juices and drippings are added to the pulled pork or chicken to complete its authentic taste.

BRISKET

Our Beef Brisket is slow smoked with hickory wood for 12+ hours and basted in its own juices prior to serving. Small pans are 6lbs and feeds approx 15 ppl. Large pans are double.

BBQ JERK, OR LEMON PEPPER WINGS

Half pan is 6 pounds and serves 8-10 appetizer size servings. Full pan is 12 pounds and serves 18-20 appetizer size servings.

BBQ OR JERK CHICKEN (THIGHS AND LEGS)

Our BBQ chicken is seasoned with our secret pit master’s rub, smoked with cherry wood and lightly coated with a caramelized glaze of our Pit Stop sauce.  

Our Jerk chicken is generously seasoned with Caribbean spices, smoked with hickory and a touch of pimento for that authentic jerk taste.
