At Thomas’ Smokey Pit Stop, we offer a variety of options to meet your specific event needs. Options include bulk party tray delivery (delivery fees may apply and is subject to availability), self-service buffet set-up or the ultimate Smokey Pit Stop Experience Package which includes buffet set-up with smoker on-site (service fees apply). Looking for something else? Give us a call and we’ll customize a menu or service option just for you. Please plan in advance – all catering orders require at least a 72 hour notice – longer time is needed for larger and more inclusive service options. PAYMENT, DEPOSIT & BILLING
In order to confirm your order, we require a 50% deposit, which will be applied to the final invoice. All deposits are due 7 days in advance of preparation. Your deposit confirms your requested event date.
The remainder of payment is due upon delivery via Cash, Company Check, or Cashiers Check. We do accept Mastercard, Visa, & American Express payments.
All menu prices are subject to change – all pricing on completed proposals secured with a deposit, will be honored.
